A Year In The Life: Big Deal Group - 1969/1989
Doc 1 is a rare made-for-tv documentary about 60's never-to-be-famous Brighton pop stars, The Mike Stuart Span aka The Span. Documentary number one follows their near-potential rise to the top. And these guys were a really good psych-pop band circa 1967-9 so they probably should have made it. Candid interviews with the band members and their manager plus DJ Dave Cash. Essential viewing if you have an interest in 60's Pop.
Doc 2, A Year In The Life: 'Twenty Years On' is a retrospective of the band's achievements in 1989 and is highly recommended
